
Your calls are directed (we will advise you how) to your Moneypenny Receptionist whenever you need - all the time, or when your lines are engaged or unanswered. If she is unavailable it will be handled by one of her supporting team of three or four. Depending on who the call is for she will:
- Put the call through to the appropriate person on their direct line or mobile
- Pass on a message immediately by email or text
- Deal with the enquiry herself according to your instructions (including fending off those frustrating cold sales callers)
Your receptionist has an abbreviated diary for each member of your team
at her fingertips, allowing her to handle calls and messages to suit
their particular needs. She'll recognise your regular and VIP callers and
greet them accordingly - they won't be repeatedly asked for their contact
details.
